For our Finance team, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student (30%-40%), temporary for 12 months. In this position, you will gain practical experience in Finance, supporting a wide range of operational activities and projects while working closely with our teams in a collaborative and innovative environment.
Your Responsibilities:
Finance
- Support the processing and verification of incoming invoices
- Assist with coding and posting accounts payable invoices in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Support the verification of supplier invoices by reconciling them with purchase orders and goods receipts
- Create and maintain supplier master data
- Time recording system processing of hours and reporting
- Developing automation solutions for the Accounts Payable process in Business Central using Document Capture-Templates (OCR/AI Feature)
- Maintaining and enhancing the Business Central Copilot Assistant
- Provide administrative and accounting support to the Finance team
- Developing automation solutions for the Accounts Payable process in Business Central using
- Support cross-functional projects and administrative tasks as required
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Ideal candidates will have:
- 1-2 years of studies in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Interest in Finance processes
- Basic understanding and ideally initial practical experience in accounts payable accounting
- Ideally basic knowledge of Swiss VAT regulations (CH VAT)
- Initial experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, Abacus, or Navision) is an advantage
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PPT, Word)
- Strong attention to detail and affinity for numbers
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- High level of accuracy, reliability, and discretion when handling confidential information
- Good communication skills and willingness to work in a team
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Swiss passport or a valid Swiss work and residence permit
